A calm apartment in a monumental building, completely renovated in 2015. Situated in the medieval centrum at the heart of Zwolle. Available per 7th of July 2024
The apartment [77m2] is one of a total of twelve apartments in the building. It is located on the first floor.
The ceiling is decorated with the authentic rafters. It is one of the most impressive characteristics. The combination of ancient architecture and modern facilities will give your stay a uniquely enjoyable atmosphere.
There are two bedrooms. A master bedroom and a second one that can also serve as a work/office space.
The living room and kitchen are connected within one space with a view to another monumental building across the street. From the kitchen there is access to a nice loggia.
The kitchen* is equipped with: toaster, oven, refrigerator, dish washer and a gas stove with four burners.
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. There is also a second toilet, separately.
