Ja, ik wil reageren op deze huurwoning
120 square meter, 3 bedroom semi furnished rental house with a 1.5 car garage available at the end of this April. It has been well taken care of and had many upgrades done in April 2023.
The lights and floors stay with the house. It has its own parking space at the back of the house or in the garage (square meters of the garage not counted in the living space calculation). We updated the house again last year: new sink, new microwave oven, all double pane windows, replaced some of the window frames, painted the whole inside of the house including doors, replaced door handles, new kitting, new toilet, new large mirror, new sink and drawers, new fixtures, replaced some of the light fixtures so everything is on LED, sanded and oiled oak floor, new plants in garden, etc...
The neighbors on the street of De Huipen are lovely. The street is very quiet. You cannot hear the freeway at all, not even in the backyard.
House has 3 levels:
Ground floor: Entrance area, tiled toilet, tiled kitchen, oak floor dining room area with fireplace and stylish area of wood, reading nook. The kitchen has built-in appliances include a combi oven, 5-burner gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combination. One opening window, 3 french doors with views to the backyard and the front door.
First Floor: Master bedroom including 2 layers of curtains for blackout coverage, full tiled bathroom with washer and dryer included and moisture detecting automatic fan, walk in closet. Three opening windows, where one has a mosquito net and another a shutter.
Second Floor: Two bedrooms and a hallway. Three opening windows, where two have electric blackout blinds and one mechanical accordion blinds.
Garage: Can accommodate a mid size vehicle + storage.
Front yard: Pretty trees and bushes with a small seating area.
Back yard: Privacy-providing garden with paved dining area outside with a pull out umbrella. Pretty trees and bushes around the dining area.
