We’re a fun, large house with no fewer than 13 guys! (And girls.) We’re all between the ages of 18 and 24. We enjoy doing things together, but we also like to do our own thing. That said, we’re definitely not opposed to a cozy night in or a beer in the backyard.
The room that’s becoming available is a nice 25m² and has its own sink. You’ll share the kitchen with 6 others and the bathroom (toilet and shower) with 3 others. The house is 10 meters from the train station and within walking distance of downtown. The rent is approximately €560 (this may go up slightly because a new person is moving in, but it definitely won’t exceed €570), including service charges and gas, water, and electricity.
