You’ll be living with us: Nadine (20) and Maaike (21). I work, and Maaike is still in school. Our house isn’t a student house—we both like to come home to a clean and quiet place.
We chat a lot, enjoy having coffee together, cooking, and playing games.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys doing fun things together but also likes to do their own thing.
The rent is €660, all-inclusive. You’ll be renting two rooms next to each other—one with your bed and one with a desk and a couch. Here, you can relax and have your own little space right next to your bedroom. The two rooms total 17 m². Both rooms have a built-in closet, and one room has a sink.
Our little house is fully equipped. It has a spacious living room, a nice kitchen, a washing machine, and a lovely garden where we love to sit when the weather is nice. There’s also a shed for bikes.
It’s a 7-minute bike ride from the train station, and you can be in the heart of Tilburg in 5 minutes.
