About the room
- The room is 9 m² and is very light.
- The room is basically delivered bare, but is ready to move in. The bed (1.40m), desk, closet, 2 shelves and a handy clothes rack can be taken over. Ideal if you want to settle in quickly!
- You look out of the window on the river Zuiddiepje/ Maas) and the green brienenoord island :)
The house & facilities
- You share the apartment with two other roommates.
- Shared spaces: We share a spacious living room, kitchen, toilet, a bathroom and spacious front yard.
Amenities: There is a washing machine, dryer, television with chromecast and fast wifi available.
Location: Located on the Zuiddiepje. The streetcar stop is within walking distance and by bike you are within 10 minutes in the center of Rotterdam and with 15 minutes at the Erasmus University.
Who are we?
You will live with two Dutch-speaking men around 25 years old. We both work full-time, which makes the house nice and quiet during the week. We each have our own lives, but whenever possible we go out for a bite to eat together, or do a beer.
Who are we looking for?
- Preferably a male Dutch-speaking twenty-something who is already further along in his studies or works.
- Someone who is social and likes to chill out now and then, but also likes to do his own thing!
- Someone who is somewhat tidy and likes to share a clean house :)
