This is a room in Delft at walking distance from the historical city center and only 7 minutes cycling to the TU Delft. Also, you’ll live a minutes walk from Delftse Hout (a pretty nature park with a lake). Regarding furniture: I'll leave the closet, the bed, the desk, the shelves on the wall and the curtains. You’ll live together with 15 other students (male), but not everyone will be home during the full summer.
