Starting in September/October, a nice furnished room will be available in our house in Amsterdam Zuidoost. The room is 9.5 m² and costs about €325 per month, including utilities. Registration is required. The photos show which pieces of furniture you’ll need to take over. This will be a one-time fee of €450.
The apartment has a spacious living room and a large bathroom. The house is managed by DUWO, so you can only move in with us if you’re enrolled at an educational institution in Amsterdam or doing an internship in Amsterdam.
You’ll be living with Sophie (24), a second-year dental student; Maartje (22), a Future Planet Studies student; and Tess (23), a Social Work student. We all have our own lives, but we enjoy getting together every now and then to have dinner, watch a movie, or just catch up.
We’re looking for someone who has their own rhythm and life in Amsterdam but also enjoys being part of the household. We’d also appreciate it if you’re tidy and committed to keeping the house clean and cozy together ✨
The house is close to the Strandvliet, Duivendrecht, and Bijlmer Arena metro stations. This means you can be in the city center within 15 minutes.
