As of August 1, 2026, a neat 4-bedroom apartment will be available for rent. The minimum lease term is 1 year. The apartment is located on a main road leading to the city center. First floor:
Entrance into a small, enclosed hallway with stairs and mailboxes. The stairs lead to the gallery.
Third floor:
Spacious entryway with a storage closet, utility closet, and toilet. The apartment features a spacious and bright living room. The kitchen is located at the front (toward the gallery) and is equipped with various appliances, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and combination oven. The apartment features laminate flooring, tile flooring, and carpet, as well as partial window coverings.
Fourth floor:
The fourth floor has a landing and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located at the front, and the third bedroom is at the back, providing access to the balcony and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a modern design, is fully tiled, and is equipped with a shower stall, sink, and a second toilet.
The apartment also has an indoor storage room in the basement with an exit for bicycles at the back.
General:

Rent does not include utilities or cable. The tenant is responsible for setting up a cable subscription and arranging a maintenance contract for the central heating boiler.
To be eligible to rent this apartment, you must have a net income from permanent employment of at least 2.5 times the rent (€2,375 net). Pets and smoking are not allowed. Income is a very important requirement for the landlord, so if you do not meet this requirement, there is no point in applying. A security deposit of 2 months’ rent is required, amounting to €1,900; the deposit must be paid before the keys are handed over.

We request the above information to use in the selection process. For privacy reasons, we will only ask for this information after the property has been viewed and the selection process has begun.
We will not ask about ethnic or cultural background, religious identity, political affiliation, sexual orientation, and/or physical or mental health.
Our selection procedure:
We follow a clear and transparent selection procedure and use objective selection criteria when publicly offering housing. Below, you can read about how we structure the selection procedure.
The selection criteria we use:
Order of application: The basic principle is that the person who responds first will also be the first to have the opportunity to view the property. Please note that if there are many applications, it is possible that not everyone will be invited for a viewing.
Income:
If the property being offered has a minimum income requirement, the amount will be stated in the listing. We consider your income in relation to the rent. A set minimum income requirement provides the landlord with financial security.
Type of income:
We also consider the type of income, such as a fixed-term or permanent employment contract or (self-employed) entrepreneurship. This is because your source of income is relevant to the landlord’s assessment of your financial position—and thus their financial security. Other sources of income, such as a guarantee, inheritance, and/or alimony, also play a role in this assessment.
Rental History:
If you have rented a home before, your rental history is important. Potential tenants with a demonstrable positive rental history—such as through a statement from the landlord—offer the landlord some assurance.
Household Composition:
It is important that the composition of the residents is a good fit for the property. We take this into account and therefore consider whether you live alone or with others, with or without children. This ensures comfortable living arrangements and helps prevent disturbances and damage.
Allocation and Lease Agreement:
If you are allocated the residence based on the applicable selection criteria, we will, of course, let you know. You will then be offered a lease agreement.
Rejections:
If an applicant is rejected, we will notify them. We also explain why the applicant was not selected.
Measures to Prevent Discrimination in Housing:
Our office follows this procedure, and our leasing staff are aware of it. They receive guidance in this area, for example, by taking relevant courses and training programs on preventing discrimination in housing.
