Our Process:
You can view the apartment in person or via FaceTime. For this we make an appointment. After the viewing and we both feel good about a colaboration we'll send the draft rental agreement for you to review. If you agree with this the down-payment is 50% of the deposit and at arrival-date, when you’ve checked in and received the keys and confirmed everything is in order the other 50% of the deposit and the 1e rent+utilities has to be paid.
