I am renting out my furnished room at **Langswater 438** in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. The room is 12,5 m² and has a bed, desk, clothes rack and a **monitor** you can use. On the video in this post, you can see the **whole house**: living room, bathroom, toilet and the room itself.
The rent is **€675 per month**. The deposit is **€500**, of which you will get back **€300 at the end**. **€200 of the deposit you will not get back**, due to use and wear of my furniture (bed, desk, clothes rack, monitor etc.).
You will live with my roommate, a man of **21 years**. With him you will share the **bathroom, living room and toilet**.
