We are a close and active student house with 10 men and are looking for a new male roommate per May/June! Our rooms range from 12 to 18 m² and cost about €340 per month, including G/W/L. We eat together almost every night, regularly organize drinks and parties (including our annual house party) and often chill out together in our spacious living room or large garden. In the summer we even move our living room to the sidewalk to enjoy the evening sun! The kitchen was recently remodeled and equipped with 6 gas burners - perfect for our shared dinners. We also have a washer, dryer, dishwasher, two toilets and a spacious bathroom with three showers. In the garden you will find not only a canopy where we can sit even when it rains, but also our own indoor bar! Our house is super central in Einxxoven: 5 minutes by bike from Stratum and 8 minutes from uni, with the Jumbo and Appie within walking distance.
