Are you looking for a quiet, bright and fully furnished place in Amsterdam for a temporary period? Due to stay abroad, our apartment in Amsterdam Buitenveldert becomes available for housekeeping through housing corporation Rochdale. The apartment is close to station Amsterdam Zuid, the Zuidas and Gelderlandplein.
The total living area is approximately 79 m², divided into a nice living room, a bedroom, a hobby room and a separate study. An ideal place for someone who wants to live and work comfortably temporarily. The apartment is fully furnished so you can move right in!
According to Rochdale's rules, housekeeping must be applied for at least four weeks before the start. This means that the rental period can start about four weeks after the application is submitted. As a result, we expect a realistic start date between Jan. 5 and Jan. 15, depending on how quickly the application is completed.
The property is available for a period of five months, through May 31.
Inscription at the address is required.
Costs
- Rent: € 1,392.18 per month (this includes gas/water/electricity/internet/tv)
- Optional cleaning fee: € 130 per month (This is only if you want a regular cleaner to come by twice a week.)
