Living in the middle of the center of Utrecht on the beautiful Breedstraat, it is possible! Period is fixed and 5.5 months from November 1, 2025 to April 15, 2026. It is our own house and we live there with pleasure. This period we are abroad.
There is also an option to rent a fixed parking space behind a fence within 20 meters for a passenger car. This is not included in the rent.
The house is ideal for a couple. Reason is that there is 1 good bedroom. The second bedroom is in the attic with an open staircase without a door. In the attic there is a sofa bed which can be pulled out into a 2 person bed. Very suitable for lodgers!
This house of 4 floors (including first floor) is 120 m2, very well maintained, and completely renovated in 2017.
Ground floor: a spacious kitchen, fully equipped such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, bread maker and fully equipped with everything you need. Also on the first floor a spacious dining table for 8 people and a wood stove with pleasant seating (total about 40m2). Separate toilet and coat rack in the entrance hallway.

The Breedstraat is a striking, wide and tree-lined street in the center of Utrecht. For over 400 years here is the famous patch market of Utrecht to find, now every Saturday morning.
The house is just steps away from the cozy stores on the Voorstraat and the terraces on the square to the Neude. The coziness of the city is here literally around the corner and in front of the door.
