Luxury apartment (110 m2) on ground floor with garden located in a quiet and cozy courtyard near the city center (5 mins walk) and just behind Groningens main train station (3 mins walk). This spacious apartment features a garden with terrace on the south and has 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is large and has all modern amenities. A private parking in the garage, extra parking space for a second car and an external storage room (7m2) complement the house.
The space is bright, well furnished and fully equipped, and comes with a large flat screen, Apple TV and Netflix. From the dining area there is a free view to the private terrace and the communal garden. There is an open spacious luxury kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts, such as dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge and freezer. Luxury bathroom with huge shower, bench, rain shower and normal shower. This apartment has plenty of storage space with a walk-in closet in the main bedroom, and a large wardrobe in second bedroom. We have good quality beds (main bedroom 180 x 200 cm, 2nd bedroom 160 x 200 cm). Upon request the bed in the second bedroom can be removed so that you can transfer it into a study / working room.

Rent is inclusive of service costs, but exclusive of a prepayment of EUR 300 for utilities (Electricity/Gas/Water/Internet/TV). The actual costs of utilities is dependent on usage and you will be informed monthly about these. The balance will be settled at the rental end date.
The rent is temporary (with diplomatic clause), as I will be working abroad, and will return to my house after 6 months. The rental period can be extended when both parties agree to it.
