An entrance door to the common hall for residents of the 3 city apartments. The shared hall contains the meter boxes and stairs to the floors, and it also provides access to the city apartment on the 2nd floor.

The doorbell panel with intercom system and mailboxes are located outside next to the entrance door. The city apartment has external bicycle storage. This can be accessed from the college plaza and is for the use of residents only.

2nd floor:

Through the shared staircase you enter the city apartment on the 2nd floor in the living room. The open kitchen is connected to the living room. The kitchen provides access to a landing that leads to the bedroom, a separate toilet and the bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. There is a double bed, closet, 4-meter wall cabinet, dining table with 6 chairs, corner sofa, TV cabinet and washing machine. This means that everything is ready and can be moved in immediately. Yes, you really don't have to do anything!

The finished walls and ceilings are painted with high-quality paint (9010) according to the NEN EN standard scrub class 1 and are easy to clean. The floors have a neutral wood-look finish. All living areas have ceiling lights and/or built-in spotlights.

Rental conditions:

Contact the landlord and receive registration forms. These forms allow us to check your eligibility for the apartments based on the established conditions. The final evaluation of rental applicants is done through what is known as a "credit check. This requires us to review some of your personal information, such as a valid ID, monthly income and current living situation. The income requirement to rent an apartment is a minimum (combined) gross income of €57,000.

Rental characteristics:

The minimum rental period is 24 months. The rent shown does not include service charges. The service charge (including furnishing and furniture costs) is €207.75. The landlord requires a deposit of 2 months rent. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Although the complex does not have its own parking spaces, there are plenty of alternative parking options in the area. Prospective residents can take out a 24/7 subscription at the Ursulines Complex parking garage. Paid parking for up to 2 hours is available for visitors in College Square.
