Filing a complaint

It is important to us that you are satisfied with our services. Are you not satisfied? Then please let us know. We will take your complaint seriously and try to find a solution together with you.

Send a message using the button below, clearly indicating your email address with which you are registered with us.

After receiving your complaint we will try to solve it within 2 working days. Should this take longer we will inform you.

We only handle complaints related to our own services. We bear no responsibility for disputes between tenants and landlords on our platform. However, we do take action when we receive signals that a provider is offering properties that do not meet our quality conditions. This may, if necessary, lead to the removal of the provider from our platform.

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl).
