This spacious apartment features a garden with terrace on the south and has 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is large and has all modern amenities. A private parking in the garage, extra parking space for a second car and an external storage room (7m2) complement the house.
The space is bright, well furnished and fully equipped, and comes with a large flatscreen, Apple TV and Netflix. From the dining area there is a free view to the private terrace and the communal garden. There is an open spacious luxury kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts, such as dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge and freezer. Since the bathroom is openly connected to the main bedroom, this house is perfect for couples and/or couples with kids.
Rent is inclusive of service costs, but exclusive of a prepayment of EUR 350 for utilities (Electricity/Gas/Water/Internet/TV). The actual costs of utilities is dependent on usage and you will be informed monthly about these. The balance will be settled at the rental end date. Bi-weekly ceaning can be arranged for 150 euro per month.
The rent is temporary (tussenhuur with diplomatenclausule), as I will be working abroad, and will return to my house after 6 months. The rental period can be extended when both parties agree to it.
