New penthouses available in Limawonen residential complex in Waddinxveen
Limawonen is offering 52 apartments and eight penthouses for rent in a former office building in Waddinxveen, largely renovated and completed in 2020. The entire building has been transformed to meet the current quality standards in the housing market, with all homes featuring energy label A. The penthouses in this complex are true showpieces.
This penthouse is one of the two largest residences in the complex: a corner apartment with a spacious balcony on three sides of the building. The front door is located in the covered hall on the third floor.
Upon entering the apartment you enter the hall which provides access to the toilet, the spacious living room with open kitchen (including cooking island) and the first bedroom.
The living room with open kitchen is very bright thanks to the large windows and is nicely finished with a PVC floor and cleanly painted walls. The large windows offer a beautiful view over Waddinxveen and on clear days all the way to Rotterdam. The kitchen, with central island, is a real eye-catcher in this apartment. It is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge/freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher and combi oven/microwave.
At the rear of the house are the master bedroom and bathroom. IMPORTANT DETAILS:

* €8 per month for janitor service
* €37 per month for furnishing costs

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Rotsvast determines the order of applicants based on incoming emails. Given the expected high number of responses, not all applicants will be invited. Your email should contain the following information:
- Names of tenant(s)
- Description of household composition
- Gross annual income of tenant(s)
Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Viewings are organized in order of application - first come, first served.
After the viewing, a screening will follow, where income and reliability are checked through various (public) registers. Tenants must successfully pass this screening and achieve the highest possible rating (5 stars) in our screening tool (Properize). The final decision to rent the property is entirely in the hands of the landlord. If multiple candidates go through the screening process, selection will be based on income, screening results and the tenant's personal circumstances. Tenants will have the opportunity to explain their personal situation during the screening process.
Candidates who are not selected after screening have the right to request clarification and see their screening report.

Once a file is accepted, any subsequent submissions will not be considered. It is the responsibility of potential tenants to submit a complete file as soon as possible.
