Starting this summer, a room will become available in our house in the center of Maastricht. The house is right behind the Bassin, within walking distance of the Markt and basically everything you need in the city.
The house has four floors. The room that is vacant is on the second floor, is 11 m² and has its own balcony. The room is unfurnished. The rent is €510 per month including gas, water and electricity. Internet costs are about €15 per month.
There are four of us living here (you will be the fourth) and we are looking for someone who likes to do things together from time to time, but also likes to do things on his own. We are all at a similar stage: just finished college or just started working. It would be nice if you recognize yourself in that as well.
We all share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the house. You can store your bicycle in the basement, and there is also a storage room for extra stuff.
Because we are a Dutch-speaking household, we are only looking for a Dutch-speaking roommate.
