Dear room seeking girls🩷, xxxxxxxxxxx is looking for a new roommate to sublet! As of September 1, this cozy room will be released for a definite period (September to December) in Ceramstraat.
We are a cozy house that with you there consists of five girls 👯♀️ As a house we have no obligations (outside of the cleaning schedule), but we do love an evening of drinks or dinner together 🥂 We also have annual sinter christmas and house weekend! The girls in this house range in age from 20 to 23. Our preference is therefore for someone of the same age and preferably already a little known in Groningen.
The room that becomes available is located on the second floor, next to the balcony. From the room there are French doors to the balcony. The room is 9 square meters and has a lot of light🌞 The bunk bed gives a lot of space in the room and the sink is also top. Furthermore, you share the kitchen, toilet and bathroom with the other 4 girls.
The rent is around €350 including municipal taxes (this has yet to be determined by the landlord). In addition, someone comes along every month for household tasks regarding the common areas (bringing glass etc.). G/W/E and internet will be taken care of by ourselves (about €60). All the furniture and belongings will remain except the sofa and mattress.
