The city is just 10 minutes by bike and within 2 minutes you drive by car, which you park for free at the door, the ring road and the A2 on Amsterdam reach you that way in 25 minutes.

Ground floor:

The city center is just a 10 minute bike ride and within 2 minutes you drive your car, which you can park for free in front of the house, to the highway. Amsterdam is just a mere 25 minute drive.
